What is the Nespresso Club?

The Nespresso Club UK is a club made up of owners of Nespresso
machines, who have
registered on the Nespresso website.

Registration is simple and doesn’t cost a thing. You just have to go to Nespresso.com
and register by inputting the necessary details. When you have completed the first step you will be
given a membership number. You can then use this number and your email address to log in to the
Nespresso Club website.

If you own a Nespresso machine, this doesn’t mean that you are automatically a member of the
Nespresso club. You can still buy pods over the phone or from a Nespresso shop without being a
member of the Nespresso club.

However, if you want to buy pods online, you need to join the Nespresso club
beforehand. Nevertheless, there are a series of other advantages to being a Nespresso Club

When you are a member of the Nespresso Club, you can buy pods online, 24 hours a day, 365 days a

You can order them, online, by phone or fax, for free.

Nespresso Club members have access to Nespresso technical assistance, for help with any
technical problems, at the following times: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays,
9am-7pm.

Flexible Delivery Options
You can use a different delivery address for each individual order. For example,
one order can be delivered to your work address, while the next can be sent to you at home. If you
are away over the holidays, you can change the address to your holiday residence.

Flexible Payment Options
You can pay cash on delivery, for a small charge, or by card.

Email Notification
With regards to payment, Nespresso will inform you by email, before finalising your order.
